Hampi is located in Karnataka state,India.It is the former capital of the Vijayanagara Empire. The Group of Monuments at Hampi are listed by UNESCO World Heritage Site.Hampi is situated on the river banks of the Tungabhadra.It is 150kms from Mantralam, Andhrapradesh state.
