Largest and Deepest Fresh Water Lake in the World, Lake Baikal

Baikal lake is the Largest and Deepest fresh water lake in the world. It is located in the region of Siberia, Russia. It is the largest lake in the world in terms of volume and  seventh largest lake in the in terms of surface area. It is also listed in UNESCO World Heritage Site in the year 1996. In winter several tourists used to visit this lake to see the beauty of the Frozen Baikal Lake.
