Indira Priyadarshini Gandhi was the third Prime Minister of India and she is the daughter of the first prime minister of india Jawaharlal Nehru.She was married to Feroze Gandhi. She had two children Sanjay Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi.But Sanjay Gandhi died in a flying accident.On 31 October 1984, two of Gandhi's bodyguards shot her with their service weapons in the garden of the Prime Minister's residence.Over a decade later, Rajiv Gandhi was also assassinated by LTTE.
