Greatest Player in the History of Tennis, Rafael Nadal





Rafael Nadal is one of the Greatest Tennis Player in the
Open Era of Tennis from Spain. He won 14 Grand Slam Titles (Australian 1,
French 9, Wimbledon 2 and US Open 2). Out of them 9 came from French Open
Tournament, which is a World Record. Due to this he referred to be the ‘King of
Clay Court’. He also won the Gold medal at 2008 Olympic Games in singles.


Great rivalry held in between Federer and Nadal in 8 major
Tournament finals. Out of them Nadal won 6 except 2 Wimbledon finals. He is the
only one player who defeated Federer in all major surface grounds in the open
era of Tennis. He completed Career Golden Slam by winning all 4 major
Tournaments and Gold Medal in Olympic Games. He is only second player to
complete Career Golden Slam next to Andre Agassi. In Women Tennis, this record
