Youth Festival in JAPAN, Coming of Age Day

Coming of Age Day Festival is a Tradition in Japan since 1200 years. It held on the second Sunday in January annually . The young people who crossed 20 years were consider as adults  and invited to participate in this festival. From on that day they get rights for Vote, for Smoke, for Drink and they can Marry any choosed Person.
