Tourist Destination in CHINA - Gansu Province

Gansu is located in the northwest of China, bordering on Xinjiang, the country's most westerly province. This is naturally formed landscape and a World Heritage site and a tourist attraction which astonishes visitors with the burst of colors with streaks of yellow, orange and red to emerald, green and blue that make it hard to believe it's real. The formation-process of this geo-park took over 24 million years in the Cretaceous age. If you plan on visiting, hope for the rain, as the vibrant hills glow even brighter after the rainfall.
